Who's actually on your school board?

School boards decide what happens in

our kids' classrooms. Almost nobody

knows who sits on theirs.

Nonpartisan, Local, independent

Our goal is to encourage thoughtful discussion, ask reasonable questions, recognize what is working,

and then advocate for changes when they are needed.

Academic Excellence

Lucia Mar has enormous potential. We are fortunate to have dedicated teachers and staff, engaged parents, and a community that cares deeply about its schools.

Safe Learning Environments

Students deserve school environments that are age-appropriate and conducive to learning. We believe graphic sexually explicit material has no place in school libraries or instructional materials intended for students.

Transparency & Trust

Parents and members of the community should be able to understand how important decisions are made, what policies are being implemented, and how well those policies and programs are serving students.
